Just yesterday , the kids at Nurture Cove Montessori went for a trip to the Hay's Goat Farm and the Bollywood Veggies Farm at Lim Chu Kang. I trust Hilman, Hasyir and Khidhir had a blast from the feedback given by Bibik and Kak Amal. Lucky kids. I think my 1st class excursion was in Primary 4 or 5.

Heard they were very geli with the goats and refused to feed the animals. Hilman apparently returned the grasses immediately to the school principal, Ms Zu when she handed him some. How apt. Cos his mummy is also very the penggeli sort. Those who know me can testify how terrified i am of cats and kittens ;)

But what's ironic is that all 3 didn't want to drink the complimentary goat's milk. Kept saying it's smelly and dirty. All 3 of them drank Karihome's infant goat's milk when they were babies. And Hilman absolutely loved his milk. Took him sometime to grow accustomed to his Gain IQ in fact.

But back at home, me and hubby poured out the milk into a glass. And guess what? The boy almost polished off the whole chunk of it. But he was smart enough to believe it wasn't Milo like what we told him. He said it was Koko Krunch milk. Hehe.. He did found out in the end that he drank the goat's milk :)

All fresh and raring to go

Listening intently to their teachers and the farm guide

Finally some hands-on learning
