And what do we know.. the blissful mth of Ramadhan is here again. Man, time really flies man. Unfortunately, I didnt't get to fast today due to obvious reasons. But insya Allah i will be able to start fasting tomorrow.
Just earlier this mth we celebrated Fithri's birthday. This time we celebrated at Conrad Centennial. The service we got from the staff surprisingly was much better than at Ritz Carlton Millenia. Suffice to say, we had a great time there. At least I did. Haha..
His birthday gift from me this year? The Nikon D40x kit. Needless to say, it blew a huge hole in my pocket. But well, I can use it too right? And hopefully my photos will turn out prettier too. Haha.. pardon this bimbotic side of me.
I am like so super tired this mth. Not just cos of work. Started off with planning for the hubby's birthday. Had to deal with both our insurance matters. And Kak Elia's medical assessment's also due this mth.
With Fithri gone for the next 2 wks, I will need to handle Raya preparations myself. Oh man. Must remember to settle all our credit card bills, prepare zakat, collect our bajus, send curtains for dry-cleaning etc. Sighhhhhhhhh....
I still remember when we went for our pre-marriage course. One of the lecturers compared a typical woman's brains to a computer CPU. At that time, I laughed it off. But i think it does have some truth in it. Between me and Fithri, I am the one who remember all our Giro deduction dates, due dates for bills, road tax, car insurance, birthdays. Come to think of it, even when we go Raya visiting, I am the one who can remember the block nos and what nots.
Which reminds me, I still need to settle Fithri's insurance stuff tomorrow. And we have yet to receive our home insurance documents and road tax renewal notice. And must ask Kak Elia to help out with Fithri's luggage. Urghhh!!! It's like there are always things for me to do. When's it ever gonna end???
Ok before i go nuts, I better watch the tube to destress myself.
